Hi Friends; I'm overwhelmed with the birthday wishes. I felt so bad I couldn't respond earlier.

Dear wife and I have been in Florida for 8 days leaving on the 16th. First trip since Burmuda in July 2016.

On the 22nd I was feeling tired but just tried to keep up. The family has been on the go since we arrived, all 9 of us. So I just thought it was
just the continual sightseeing, restaurants and then sitting outside our room at the Thunderbird. On my BD I wasn't about to spoil our week,
not even telling my wife. My birthday was spent at Gulfstream and we all chose the buffet lunch. Actually, a great day with family and I ended up winning.
Then we returned home last Thursday and I was feeling worse. Then Friday afternoon, without telling me, my wife called 911. Got to the hospital
just before five. All kinds of tests/fluids and released just after eight with more meds to take. Today, I am feeling much better.

Yesterday, I missed my first great grand daughter's Christening. That hurt, but I had a link to watch. My wife was honored with baby Lucy having Theresa as a second name. Then there were many accolades about my dear wife that she so well deserves.

Finally, since I last spoke, my wife and I have continued going to the gym. Me, mostly five days a week, treadmill three days, and weights two days. She does the elliptical and treadmill, but will also start golfing again soon. Our last gym day was on the 14th and I hope to get started again sometime this coming week.

Now, most importantly, belated Birthday Day wishes to cathies.
A rose for forgiveness. lol

Richard

Oh Richard, I had no idea that you had been ill and I am very sorry to read it, and especially that it made you miss your GGD's christening. What rotten luck. But as ever your grand photos gladden the heart, much needed at the moment.

And a belated Happy birthday to Cathies too!
