Our cruise stops in Burnie. Worth the visit?

If your question is whether to choose either Burnie or Hobart, I'd go with Hobart. There's more to see and do. Burnie is much smaller. If the cruise ship stops in both places, in Burnie I'd hire a car (if possible, apparently hire cars are very hard to find in Tasmania due to COVID) and explore the coastal area.
