Where to Stay in Robe

We are looking for a nice place to stay in Robe on our travel between Port Fairy and Adelaide. Suggestions?

Our travel is in January. Should we look for a place with air-conditioning?

Might not be your thing, but Lakeside Manor YHA Lodge has private ensuite rooms (as well as shared rooms). Building and grounds are beautiful, I found it was really clean, quiet and staff friendly and helpful.

I've stayed at Grey Masts a couple of times & loved it.
Yes - definitely make sure you have airconditioning in January. It's the middle of our Summer.

Still looking for options in Robe. I have sent several emails to Grey Masts and gotten no response. Any other ideas?

I'll give Grey Masts a callfor you & see what's happening with them.

In the meantime, you might try:

Always on the Road,

Spoke with Grey Masts. The proprietor has just been married and probably missed checking his emails over the last few days.

However, his mother is taking over today as the proprietor leaves on his European honeymoon - so maybe try sending another email.

Good luck
