Vietnam - longs pants and long sleeves for temples???
Leaving in 1 day and have a very last minute question...
We plan on visiting temples in Vietnam. Are children expected to be covered, that is, do they need to be wearing pants for entry? What about long sleeves? By children, I mean ages 7-12.
Thanks!!!

Unlike in Egypt, where we covered shoulders, breasts and knees, we asked and were aware of no such "restrictions" in VN. We wore our standard touring clothes, which were sandals, shorts (neither long nor short-short) and t-shirt or tank top. At the first temple we visited, we hung around the periphery, and they invited us in So I don't think adults or children are required to wear anything in particular.
