Varanasi - guide recommendation

Hi! Does anyone have a recommendation for a guide in Varanasi? I asked our hotel (Gateway), but they seemed to have just set itineraries. We only have one full day there, so want to maximize our time with a guide.

Do you have contact info for Aman? Also, does anyone know of a good hotel to stay in near the Delhi airport?
