Pro/con of applying for 1 year visa? I am scheduled to make a final tour payment in August for a trip in October and am wondering if getting the one year visa which I can apply for 4 months out might be better to insure I have the visa before final payment is due.

Anyone have recent experience in answering yes to the military question. I am reading old mixed suggestions on what to do on that question.
