Trip report from Angkor Wat (and Siem Reap)

Hi

My wife and I spent 3 days in Siem Reap in April this year and it was fun visiting a new country and checking out the amazing Angkor Wat temple complex I have made this trip report that contains photos, videos, maps etc : http://gardkarlsen.com/Angkor_Wat_Ca...rip_report.htm . We only had three days in Siem Reap but it would have been great to have more time to check out some of Siem Reap and Tonle Sap lake area. But that's the way it is when you are pressed for time We went to Phnom Penh after Siem Reap and I'm working on that trip report as well. Get in touch if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer

Regards
Gard

Thanks for the kind feedback. Yes, the roads have been upgraded and it seems like they are getting money in from both Vietnam and Thailand to do this work....which is a bit funny as they seem to have a grudge towards both neighboring countries.

Gard--

Takk for 'reisereportasjen'! Det var godt å tenke om Amgkor igjen (jeg var i Siem Reap for fire år siden).
