Trip Ha Noi - Ha Long - Da Nang - Phu Quoc 12 days?

I plan to come to Vietnam at the end of December this year and celebrate the New Year in Phu Quoc. I will go with a group of 10 friends. My planned schedule is as follows:

- Hanoi: 3 days 2 nights

- Ha Long: 2 days 1 night

- Da Nang: 3 days 2 nights

- Phu Quoc: 4 days 3 nights

Thank you guys

For Halong, open the website of an excellent agency
www.orientalbridgetravel.com
http://www.orientalbridgetravel.com
and click on all the Halong links.

Danang is a big city. Stay in the very charming HOI AN. ; my favourite guesthouse is the Phan Ngo, on Nhuyen Phuc Tan St. On the enarby river esplanande, have lunch at the delicious Madam Kiet (not dinner because of extremely loud music).. For dinner, go to the superlative Dao Tien, with large terrasse on the river after the big bridge

I'm not sure about the other places but if you stay in Phuquoc for 3 nights make sure you go to the fireworks show. Its name was "Kiss of the Sea", and the nearby restaurants were also delicious. my friend group was there last year, this place is perfect

I haven't been to all your destinations but I'd probably pick either Hue or Hoi An over Da Nang in that area unless you've got some motive for Da Nang. Either of the others are a bit more tourist friendly (Hoi An perhaps a bit too much so for my tastes)

We were going to do Halong but enjoyed Hanoi so much we stayed there and ended up skipping Halong (6 days).

The main thing I wanted to say is that you want to recheck your numbers. You have 12 days and only 8 nights accounted for. Even counting the arrival and departure days (which never works out great, even for small groups), you're a couple of nights short. Are you allocating some of the in-between nights to be on overnight trains (etc?). (that didn't go well for us)
