Trekking partner/s for Annapurna circuitic Title

Hey guys,

I'm currently keen to head out for the Annapurna circuit in next couple of week.

I'd prefer not to set out solo but am not too keen on getting a guide/porter either.

Anyone out there doing the same or have any tips for me?

I'm fit, but haven't embarked on a multi-day trek before and certainly not one as big as this bad boy!

Thanks in advance!

I hope you have good preparations. You haven't done long treks? Then have you visited high elevations and spent enough time there? Do you know how your body will react? Will you know when it's time to turn back and have you thought of how to get help, etc...

I thought that solo, and unguided trekkers had been banned from some of the more adventurous routes.

Yes, I thought that also, LL.

In addition, many otherwise healthy people have problems with altitude, myself included. If you have a guide with you, and you are experiencing breathing problems, they can get you help quickly.

You will need a guide, even though you don't think you do. I don't think you are prepared for this trek.
