Let's see, the reviews of Tong are almost universal raves and still they do not do her justice (Statefan). I don't disagree. I can unequivically state that our two days with Tong were some of the best days we've ever had on vacation (Is that strong enough, Statefan? Don't fret, I'm with you that our pathetic prose cannot capture the delight.)

The Marriott retrieval story is a perfect anecdote to communicate Tong's involvement with her guests. She even likes Bob! Bob?
