That is just terrible for her.

We were emailing back and forth last night about our plans together for next Tuesday and Wednesday, but she must not have known yet.

Yes, perhaps she is leaving after us. DH just checked at home, we do not have an email from her.

Poor lady.

Actually, she sent a message shortly after I wrote the last post, and she has arranged an alternate guide - Nat.

I hope the city is not under lock down by next week - news not looking too good!!

Posting from the World Club in Narita, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WC, on our way to Bangkok. Tong plans to take us to the floating market and fishing village Wednesday, and may or may not be able to guide us on Tuesday. Even if she is in Bangkok, I think she might need some family time to help her deal with all of this.

Will pass along your message, BeniciaChris

I also have been emailing with Tong and got her message. My trip is in April, so this is not an impact.

I send her my sympathy and good thoughts.
