Just to say a BIG THANK YOU for everyone's patience and help in responding to what must seem at times tiresome questions but nevertheless very helpful advice indeed for myself and hopefully others who are planning similar trips.

We leave on Thursday and I have done as much research and questioning as time has permitted and with everyone's help I am sure that I am as prepared as I can be.

We still have one or two things unconfirmed (train to/from CM & hotel in PP) but as I am also working right up to Thursday, I will now have to leave these until we arrive. I am sure this will just add to the mystery and fun of travelling and we will 'go with the flow'.

It is unlikely that I will have time to log on before I leave so I will attempt a trip report on my return (mid Feb).
