Thai citizen Visa requirements

I am looking for a weblink that outlines the foreign entry requirements for THAI citizens traveling to foreign counties. For example, are THAI citizens with THAI passports permitted tourist entry into Japan, China, Singapore, South Korea, or India for "X" number of days or is a Visa required?

I am looking for weblinks similar to foreign entry requirements for US citizens, for example: http://travel.state.gov/travel/tips/...ures_1229.html and http://www.g3visas.com/visa_code/Citizen_1.asp

Please respond, if know of any such weblinks in English or Thai text.

Thanks.

I would start with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Thailand, they have a website with addresses and links to their embassies worldwide, the website for the embassy of each country should give you visa requirements for a Thai national planning to visit that country. Take a look at http://www.thaiembassy.org/. On the embassy websites, click under “Thai citizens information” much of this seems to be in Thai.

There is also a link at the above site for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This is the US State Department counterpart.

Another source would be the individual embassy in Bangkok of each country you are planning to visit. A list of each embassy/mission is maintained by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, go to http://www.mfa.go.th/web/886.php

This is the best website I've found for what you are asking about. Thai's are very limited as to where they are allowed to visit with or without a Visa.

I've had to look up embassy reqs as my wife travels on a Thai passport.

Japan, China and India need visas for Thais

No visa needed for Singapore (good for 14 days only) and South Korea (don't know the no. of days) but she's gone to S Korea before for business and I don't see a visa in her passport.

No visa needed for any of the ASEAN countires, that includes Singapore, no problem at all, my wife goes to Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam,HK and no visas required.
Note that regulations change, best information is with local Thai t/agents who have it all on their computers so if the Thai person concered just contacts a local t/agent they have it all in their system.

"No visa needed for any of the ASEAN countires"

Sorry James, but last year my wife needed a Visa for Cambodia -- reglations having changed after the unpleasantness!

Add HK and macau to countries that don't reqire Thais to have visas.

Thank you for responding---Cicerone, Bisbee, bkk95, JamesA, Tangata. You provided a nice link at Delta.com, support for travel in ASEAN countries, and direct link to Thai gov websites.

These are great reference points.
