I posted this on the air travel forum by haven't had any luck, am anxious to book the flights but wondered if anyone can help with the below


I am trying to figure out which version of the A300/600 Thai Airways flight 551 from Saigon to BKK is for my flight on Dec 3rd so i can book my seat. They have 3 different versions of seat maps on their site for that model! does anyone know how i can figure it out?

i see only 2 versions on seat guru....i would ask for seats as far forward in the main cabin...its 2X4X2 so any two would work...

On the Thai airlines site they unhelpfully list 3 seat maps.. ARGHHH... oh well will just book and go for it.

There are some universal rules it's good to know when selecting a seat on Thai. Economy always starts at row 31, period. Doesn't matter how many seats are in business, economy always starts in the same place.

Also, if you select your seat on the Thai site, they'll show you the seat plan for your flight.

what difference does it make where you sit, cause david will be up front anyways...
