When is Tet observed in Vietnam in the year 2002? It is important to know in traveling because everything is more booked and much busier during this time.

mary anne-- <BR> <BR>i've noticed that nobody's replied to ur question. i've been wondering too--i lived in vn for 4 yrs and always relied on vnese friends to let me know when tet was coming up. it's a completely different calendar. so, i'd suggest u either ask a friend who has a calendar pegged to the lunar/chinese yr, or else call an airline or travel agent specializing in asia, esp china, taiwan, vn, singapore, thailand.

I don't know the exact date of Tet for 2002, but I do know that it usually falls in late Jan. - early February. Hope that helps.
