I didn't buy wine at all in Bali (beer goes better with Indonesian food as a rule) so I don't have a reliable answer. I doubt that there's anywhere in Seminyak, but I imagine you'd find somewhere in Legian, a 15-minute drive away, and if not certainly in Kuta, a little further down the road. There's probably a branch of a common supermarket chain, Hardy's Groseri, not far away. Just ask a local after you arrive.

Always, Finding wine in Bali or anywhere in Indonesia can be a trial and error proposition as supplies are often held up at the whim of Indonesian Customs. Import duties are exorbitant and an everyday table variety can cost 5 times what it would in Europe, California or Australia. It's available, but you have to do some comparative shopping.
That said, there are sources and there seem to be more each time I visit. In Seminyak I'd try Bacchus Wine Shop in the complex of the Living Room restaurant. The Bali Deli mentioned by Kim is also good.
If you're staying at a resort or hotel I'd ask the manager or food & beverage department to sell you a case at a discount.

There's a new supermarket opening in Seminyak soon, in a new small strip mall called Seminyak Square. Not sure what the name of the supermarket will be, but there will also be a branch of Bali Bakery there, as well as a nice place to have coffee and Thai food (wink-wink).
