Sabah Borneo Lodges
I am planning a trip to Sabah Borneo with some friends. I am looking at these lodges: Sepilok, Sukua, BRL, Tabin, Kinabatanagan Wetlands Resort
I don't want to be jumping around everyday. I am wondering how many lodges would permit you to get a good wildlife experience over maybe a week. And which would you recommend and for how many days. Appreciate any feedback!

A week in a single lodge would be too long for me. Subject to transport logisitics, i would probably split it it between two lodges and check out what the likely sightings will be in each. Different lodges will have different opportunities for types of wildlife depending upon location etc. We did stay in one lodge In Sepilok which had the advantage of being close to the Orangutan and Sun Bear Sanctuaries so we were guaranteed to see something. Other than that we stayed in Mulu but that was more about trekking and caves than wildlife but maybe worth considering whilst in Borneo.
As a general rule, the further from civilisation you go, the better the wildlife opps will be.
