Last fall when we were in Thailand we visited the Royal Thai Handicraft Center in Damnoen Saduak and ordered a piece of furniture. We have heard nothing from them, and the email address they gave us doesn't work. We are in a bit of a panic -- does anyone have a website or email address for this place? (I haved tried Google searches etc. with no success.) Thank you!

Reen - how about contacting Ratt for help? Didn't she take you to the RTHC? While with Ratt we ordered some Benjarong china at a small factory near the floating market. She was extremely helpful in contacting the place to see if the china was ready and getting it shipped to our home in the USA.

Craig is right, if you used Ratt to get you there just email her and she will gladly help out.

If you went this fall(Oct/Nov)remember that it does take few months.

In 2005 we ordered a coffee table which arrived in 6 1/2 months. In 2006 we ordered a dining room table and chairs which took about 9 months to arrive. We are very pleased with our purchases there.

Don't you have your sales receipt?

On it is all the contact information including phone #'s. You can surely call them as they usually call you when they ship the product at least thats what happened with us both times. Just remember the time difference when calling them. I am a t work now or I would give you their contact info, sorry.

Thanks Craig and Hawaiiantraveler for your suggestions. We did contact Ratt and she is going to follow-up for us. And, if that does not work out, we do have the telephone number so we can call them. We are calmer now - we just panicked when the email address didn't work. gt;

HI were in the same position bought it last October 2007 but no reply to any of our emails, the problem is now were back in the UK and misplaced the receipt to be deliver to Dubai, any chance you can forward us the contact no of Royal Thai Handicraft office/address and location most important their telephone no. so we can call them thanks a lot.

Scott -- We did get a response to our email last week with a copy of the bill of lading attached (our piece is enroute), so hopefully you will hear from Royal Thai Handicraft soon.
