We are traveling fairly quickly in Sri Lanka. This is our first trip. We will arrive at Colombo and then I want to go straight to the South. I reached out to our hotel for a private driver and they quoted me $75. Seems steep for Sri Lanka? We will then travel from Hambantota to Ella and we would like to hire a private driver for that too. We are then traveling from Ella to Negambo. Questions:

1- Is it more affordable to wait until we arrive then to use either Uber or Pickme? Sounds like we could only use this from going to Negambo to the airport Colombo.
2- Where can I look for a private driver (other than asking hotel)?
3- Is $75 reasonable from Colombo hotel to Hambantota?
