picture for evisa for Myanmar?

I am filling out evisa form and when I click continue from first page, they are saying no photo but there was no line asking for a photo, then I don't know how to attach a photo anyway. maybe I should just mail directly to Wash embassy, I leave on the 15th of Feb.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

Karen

oops, never mind. Just looked again and saw to the right where they want a picture. Husband says he can do it. Thank you. What a dummy I am.

Another question. After first page with passport photo, there were no more pages/questions. Is that all I need for the visa? Seems there should be more questions other than tour operator and hotel stay. I am not filling out info with credit card info till I'm sure there are no more questions, if so, I'll start over.

Thanks.

Karen, The e-visa asks many far fewer questions than the regular visa requires. It's only one page. It only took me a few minutes to fill out the e-visa form (the regular visa paperwork goes on forever). I filled it out, uploaded a photo, gave them $50 on my Visa Card (went through on first try) and seven hours later had my e-visa PDF in my inbox. I've printed out a couple copies and am ready for my trip in February.

My guess is that the paper forms are more legacy from before the "opening" of Burma, and the e-visa is more in line with what they require in 2015. However, that's just a guess.

So, the answer is, yes, that is all you need for your visa : )

Hi Karen - I'm just about to apply myself for my visa and have no idea how to upload my passport photo and I see in your post that your husband knows how to - please can you tell me how. Thanks ever so much. As you, I don't want to get it wrong. Sue

dowse2005, I'll ask hubby in case you still need the info. In 2 days I rec'd the evisa, so easy.

I'll be leaving on the 15th spending a few days in Bangkok, then 2 weeks in Burma. Joining a tour as hubby not interested in many places I want to see and at 69 (next week) I don't want to break a leg and can't communicate to get medical help.
