One day in Sokcho, South Korea
Sokcho is a stop on our 14-night "Circle Japan" cruise this October.
The "WE" are me and my siblings and respective spouses, all 8 together, all mature citizens, some have mobility issues.
We plan to take taxis to tour the "Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market", have lunch, and then stop at a bakery for coffee and Portuguese egg tart, before returning to the ship.
Please recommend a nice Korean restaurant that can seat the 8 of us comfortably after we visit the "Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market". Since we'll be taking 2 taxis, we'll need a restaurant's name to tell the taxi driver where to go.
What type of Korean restaurant are we looking for? Something that is not raw seafood (since we'll have ample opportunity for that while in Japan). Noodles, cooked fish, Rice bowls, Fried Chicken and Korean BBQ, are all attractive to us. (That tells you I am limited in my imagination with Korean cuisine.)
Thanks in advance.
