Their website has a menu with prices. http://www.nobutokyo.com/e_menu/
Tokyo is jam packed with restaurants in every price range. A fraction of them are listed here http://www.bento.com/tf-rest.html
Unless you are looking to get into one of the elite dining experience places (in which case have your concierge make a reservation for you now and bring plenty of money), then you can just walk around and find a place that looks good to you.

Hi wylie...what would you mean by expensive...it's difficult to tell...but Tokyo has some of the BEST eating places...I completely loved Tokyo for food...and sorely miss it...as Kim says you can find them in all price ranges...every second place is either a hair styling shop or an eating joint...
Frommers restaurant recommendations are almost always good...and have usually worked for us...
If you let me know where in Tokyo you are staying then I could suggest a few places...specially if you are close to roppongi/hiroo/ebisu.
