You can read the page yourself, for the bus between Kumamoto (熊本) and Beppu (別府)

Kurokawa Onsen is 黒川温泉

From Beppu, regular buses leave in front of the Beppu train at 8:20, 14:30 and 15:40, and arrives Kurokawa Onsen at 10:35, 16:45 and 17:55 respectively. [I ignored the tourist bus in red that goes to the Aso volcano.]

From Kurokawa Onsen, buses leave at 10:57, 12:07 and 16:47; arriving Beppu train station at 13:12, 14:22 and 19:02 respectively.

Oh, sorry. Since you're going between Beppu and Kurokawa Onsen, the bus that goes to Aso (in red on the timetable) will work just fine, with no extra stop or wait time.
