Need a guide in Seoul in September. Anyone know one?
Do you have a recommendation for an English-speaking guide in Seoul? My husband is going for 3 days in September before his business meetings start and would like to have a tour for a day to get familiar with the city.

You may have already tried this site but if not take a look here and contact them. We lived in Seoul for 5 years long ago so I can't recommend any specific agency. I will ask my friends to see if they can give you better details.

Just found another site. Looks good and also I think you will find that many people speak English throughout Seoul.

On Another thread (China)on this site a responder named Allen Gates posted the following in part:
"Again I travelled via Seoul, but this time I found with the help of the internet a personal guide ?Jung Hee-Jo? who transformed my visit from a lonely wander of the streets to an interesting, enjoyable and memorable time.
As my confidence grew, I again returned to Mongolia in the third winter, only this time I travelled via Beijing. Following my success with the internet and finding Jung Hee-Jo, I searched for a guide as my stop over on my return journey was five days."
I don't know how he found him on the Internet but you might try to post a message on the China link asking Algates directly. Also I will be in Seoul though only briefly from Sept 9th to the 11th, but meeting with old friends. If they know of anyone and it is before you get there I could ask them. Let me know when you are going.
