Hi Mary
It depends on how much money you want to spend and how much effort you're willing to put in.
Your easiest but 2nd most expensive option is the Narita Express which will go directly from Narita to Yokohama...just make sure you get the right one!!! Don't worry there are plenty of signs in English. Take a look here

You have local lines and buses for about 1000yen less but for ease and simplicity you can't beat the NEX.
Happy trails

Another choice is to use Limo. It goes to Yokohama Station east side while Sheraton Bay Yokohama is located at the Yokohama Station west. You can walk between the two. If luggage is too heavy, you could take a cab.
Limo costs 3500 yen (Nex 4180), and takes 90 min (unpredictable) and runs every 20 to 30 minutes.

If Tadaoji meant Airport Limousine BUS, it could be even easier than taking Nairita Express since the bus stop is located on the arrival floor. You can get out of the custom, the ticket counter is in front of you and the bus stop is just outside. *Japan Railway Pass covers Narita Exp. but not the Limo Bus if you have the pass.
