I've tried several ways to reach Benesse for reservations in November. Finally filled out the form and received a number but no following e-mail confirmation and no way to create the password which is needed to contact them. Should I be concerned and telephone them? Does anyone know whether they are having problems with accommodations?

You create the password when you make the reservation. You can do your entire booking online, just don't forget your password. I went through the process just now without trouble.

Have you e-mailed them? If so and no reply, you could call them.

Thanks for your information. I just now received a confirmation and a password from Benesse and all is well. It just apparently took longer than the 24 hours I expected .... When are you going to be there?
