Nagoya airport to Yokohama?
#2
It is not difficult at all. There is a Meitetsu train line from NGO to Nagoya station. Nice trains, some are limited express I think. Comfortable and quiet. NGO is a good airport to use because it is not very crowded.
When you get to Nagoya station you will be at, of course, the Meitetsu station. You'll have to do a good bit of walking to get to the JR station and then find the shinkansen entrance.
The shinkansen will take you to Shin Yokohama station. You would transfer there to a JR local to get to Yokohama station.

The different train stations are all in one be complex.
hyperdia.com suggests taking a bus from the airport. That might be convenient if it goes to the JR station, esp. if it goes near the entrance by the shinkansen.
hyperdia also shows that you would take the Yokohama City Subway Blue line from Shin Yokohama to Yokohama station (not sure now if there is a JR line between the two, but I remember being confused when I made that transfer).

Ok, I went to hyperdia before to see what the walk time is from the Meitetsu station to the shinkansen.
It is a 4 minute walk, according to hyperdia (which sounds about right, I thought it was 5 minutes or so).
Use "Chubu International Airport" as your hyperdia Start Point (not Nagoya Airport which I used before that showed bus access).

I think NGO is also called Centrair or something like that. It's slightly out of the way but good train link. Connecting at Nagoya stations is easy--a bit crowdeds tation but signage in english.
For shinkansen, try to get Hikari which makes far fewer stops and takes less time than Kodama.
You can take either JR train between ShinYokohama and Yokohama (should be free connection) or take a subway (need a separate ticket).

You would have to be a fast walker with no luggage to make the connection from Meitetsu Nagoya to Shinkansen in 5 minutes (I did the connection last October).
While Meitetsu and JR station are next to each other, the Shinkansen entrance and tracks are located at the opposite end of a very busy station. And if you need to get ticket for JR, there is likely to be long lines at the Midorino Madoguchi, or exchanging your voucher for JR Pass. You should allow at least 30 min for the latter, book seats for Shinkansen and get to the platform.
