Long trip report on Thailand, Angkor Wat

Just back from 19 days in Thailand and 4 days in Angkor Wat. I'm putting together a trip report - so far covers Phitsanulok, Sukothai and Mae Hong Son. Would like some feedback as too whether it is too long and boring or whatever. If you e-mail me at [email protected] I can send it too you as an attachment, because when I say long I mean long. Thanks Joan

Hi Joan I'm working on a trip to Thailand, Vietnam & Cambodia for late Jan. Been to BKK and a couple of resort areas in Thailand, never in North. I'm using a guide in VN but on my own elsewhere. I'm interested in info regarding Angkor (also Phnom Penh), options for making connections in SEA and various Thai destinations, especially North. I'd be interested in reading your long (I mean long) report.
Thanks Norm

Hi Joan,
I and a friend are planning a 21 day trip to North and possibly NE Thailand in February 2001. Would love to hear the details of your trip. Want to hear the latest about train travel too. We had thought about catching a boat down the Mekong River to see parts of Laos, but not sure we'll have enough time as we have to be back in Bangkok on 2/21.
Looking forward to reading about your adventures.

Julie

Joan,
I would very much like to hear of your experience at Angkor Wat. My family will be leaving soon on our second trip to Thailand to visit our daughter who has been there for about 4 years with the peace corps. We will include Siem Reap along with Thailand.
