I think the second one is Ko Nang Yuan (at least that is how I think it is spelt). It is an island that is about 10 minutes longtail boat ride from Ko Tao (which is about 2 hours on the catamaran from Ko Samui). I think the other one may be Ang Thong Marine park but am not sure. It looks more like the cliffs around Krabi and Phi Phi to me.

It's hard to read, but below "KohSamui.org" it says Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao. Maybe you could do a search on these three for similar images.

Just a thought...

The shot of people sitting on the beach could be taken at the southern end of Lamai beach on Koh Samui, I've swum there numerous times and it looks like that spot to me. And I agree with Bella that the other pic looks like Krabi. I've been all around Samui, Phangan, Tao and can't recall ever seeing scenery like that. So I suspect they have taken a pic from Krabi/PP and used it for Samui advertising (Yes, it does happen)

The first picture is almost certainly taken in Angthong Marine park, a highly recommended day trip from Samui. The second is probably near the "Grandfather & Grandmother" rocks at the south end of Lamai.
