Left Luggage Service
HI
Is it all JR stations in Japan have Left Luggage Service ?
Like takayama , osaka , Yamagata , sendai , Ashikawa , kamikawa and Sapporo ??
How abt Ashidake Onsen and Syonkon Onsen ? because i will carry my backpack from Sapporo to Ashikawa and take bus to Ashidake Onsen/ Syonkon Onsen.
Is it all JR stations in Japan have Left Luggage Service ?

It's not all stations but many large stations have coin lockers. From my experience, there are lockers in Takayama and Osaka. Some are small-ish, like a shopping bag size, some are large enough to accomodate 20" suitcase (though there are fewer lockers so could be hard to find the empty ones).

I have not been to Sounkyo yet but am planning a trip next year.
I wouldn't worry too much about stowing your back pack. Asahikawa is the second largest city on Hokkaido so the JR station will have lockers. You can take your back pack with you on the highway buses. I have taken my 22" suitcase on many times with no hassles whatsoever. See here for bus info
