CFW, i don't think it was the Pita Maha, I think it was the Tjampuhan and it seemed to be just a spa not a hotel, though I'm not entirely positive of that.

I'm pretty sure the spa next door to the Royal Pita Maha is the Kirana Spa. It is owned by someone else.

The Pita Maha has a spa and is owned by the same people, and the Tjampuhan Hotel has a spa and is also owned by the same people. Both would be about 15 minutes drive away, with the Tjampuhan Hotel being just on the edge of Ubud village, and the Pita Maha just up the hill from there a bit.
