the thing is... in japan, service is from the heart,from people from all income levels.... over here, service comes with $$$$. and then you also realize that people are being that way because of the $!!!,,,its pretty sad.

well what i said about the U.S was a blanket statement, that was wrong, but "for the most part" you do have to pay for cust service, and its really hit and miss when you need help from someone..

so when we travel, and see that there's more to the world than just the states, it makes it nice to see something different. Dont get me wrong, i love the US, and theres nowhere else i'd live....but i also do appreciate the rest of the world
