Hi everyone again,

I can now report that I had difficulties in connecting my USB hard drive and Photobank in several of the Cyber cafes in Hanoi. It seems that many computers in Cyber cafes have the USB option turned off. It was not until I arrive in Luang Prabang that was able to download and backup my photos from my memory cards. This is one town where there are abundance of Cyber cafes and the two that I chose to used allowed me to do everything.

No regrets in not bring my laptop especially, considering all the purchases we have made so far on this trip.

That's because most cyber cafe uses old computers with USB 1 and your hard drive and other accessories probably require USB 2.
