There was another post on this forum by Inquest which knows visibly Indonesian Borneo and confirm my opinion on this destinations i mentionned which have to be banned by tourists, as visiting them is rewarding the behavior of Indonesia which accepted this mess. And which create Tanjung NP after the forest was destroyed when countries protects nature before it is destroyed. So they won money on both : non-well informed tourists as i was which pay for nothing and before they sold hundreds years magnificent trees.

so i breeze now , as i had only encountered many people on this chat which don't know the area, may never travel except in their sofa and which criticize my review which is unfortunately true and i paid really 2600 USD with paypal fees , but it was written on the itinerary "nature" "pristine" "wildlife" and "confortable boats" and it was just lies from the travel agencies.
no reply needed.

thanks for this comment which unfortunately. I made a bad review on this forum on Kalimantan as a travel agent sold me 2650 USD a nature, pristine river, wildlife and confortable boats tour and it was just lies and there was no value for my money as i was expecting more confort and certainly no a devastated forest and orangtangs fed like in zoos which almost no wildlife, but gold mining by boats on "prisine rivers".
and this travel agency website disappears http://www.adventuretourtravelindonesia.com/ - so it's common for websites which scam tourists and it's the proof it was a scam
so avoid generally borneo (as malaysia is a bit better but also very destroyed) or be sure sure you are going in a pristine aera to see real wildlife if its your target. Indonesia destroys 80% of the forests iand 80% of orangutangs because of palm oil !

Travelstravels, I'm sorry you didn't get the experience you thought you were paying for. I don't think any of us doubted that. But Crellston's comment after reviewing your other posts, was, I thought, well-taken. I hope others will learn from your experience and do their research ahead of time.
Did you post on travel boards asking for feedback about this company or feedback on this particular area of Indonesia before you booked? Those are things that would have been worthwhile. Even with a lot of research, you can still end up with unpleasant surprises, but if you have done your research, it is less likely.
