In Hua Hin now

Outside is tremendous tropical rainstorm, so at the moment it nice to be inside. Our holidays are soon over but it has been fantastic. We are now at The Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. The hotel is great with a spectacular pool area and wonderful gardens. I will write some as I get back home.

The Hyatt at Hua Hin is really a beautiful property. If you are a spa person, have the concierge call over to the Chiva Som and make you an appointment - it's the most spectacular spa I've ever seen and the treatments are heaven! It's a five minute walk from the Hyatt via the beach.

jpam, you have probably seen Sasi, the bar there is pleasant, band plays Eagles/jazz, if you turn left on main road, take first left down past Baan Dunagkaew, first right past Chom View heading towards Wora Bura "Let's Sea" is on the left, too far to walk but that tells you the direction, tuk tuk will take a couple of minutes.

Do visit the bathrooms !! You will see why ! They have indoor dining too so if it's wet the Hyatt will get you there and Let's Sea will get you a tuk-yuk back, it's under 5 mins.

Hope the rain clears up! On your way towards HH town on left before Marriott is the huge Hua Hin Market Village Shopping Mall, ideal again if it rains.

Can you update up on the spa refurbishment, they said would be finished by August ?

The Hyatt is really great. And the weather in February is fantastic. We are coming back. But not to the Hyatt, but to our own wheelchair accessible holiday home in Hua Hin, Thailand. Do you want to see this click on this link to our website http://www.wheelchairaccessibleholid...bledpeople.com .
