Hmm. That price didn't include the DEL-UDR flight (currently $72 one-way) nor, I think, the train from Agra to Delhi.

day 8 would include a stop at Fatehpur Sikri on the way to Agra by car, according to the itinerary the agent gave. And the price included an elephant ride and some other small thing. And including car costs like tolls and fuel.

If it doesn't include your flight and train, then he is definetly ripping you off. your toll for the whole trip can not be more than 2000INR. Explore your options.

Another thing you mentioned is your going to fatehpur sikri. when i went there, we got a guide and the guide ripped us off by saying we had to by this piece of cloth and take it to the dargah and it will make our wishes come true and all that. that piece of cloth he charged us 5000INR and there were even for some higher prices, don't get ripped off by those poeple. I just wanted to let you know. Unless you really want to buy it, then its upto you but in my opinion he was just ripping us off.

P.S an elephant ride can not be more than a couple of hundred rupees at the max.

Apparently, your wishes didn't come true. Thanks, I will try to avoid that scam.

I would also recommend you check out Indiabycaranddriver.com. Ramesh drove my husband and I and our friends for almost 4 weeks and really made our trip. Really great experience and we felt totally safe, which is very important on India's roads!

Fog in Delhi could be a problem for my departure from DEL on January 3rd.

QR has DEL-DOH flights departing at 4:10 AM and 9:20 AM. I am booked on the 9:20AM flight and have a 2 hour 25 minute connection to Dubai.

Would the 4:10 departure from DEL be less likely to be affected by the fog? How much less likely?
