How is Northwest Airlines' Business Class?

Hi...have 2 business class tickets on hold from Boston to Bangkok for late October and am wondering how that business class is? Only done Qantas business class before (which was excellent), and hope that Northwest is better overseas than domestically.

I flew business class from Bankok to Narita(Toyoko). It was great compared to economy. Wish I could afford it all the time.

Hi, Jen. I haven't flown NW to Asia, but there is an article in the Bangkok Post travel section today about the reconfiguration of seats on their intercontinental fleet to provide more room. http://www.bangkokpost.net/horizons/...orizons14.html <BR>

Northwest spent alot of money to reconfigure their trans-pacific planes for business class ... there is alot more room extend your legs and lean pretty far back about 60 degrees so you can have a decent sleep, a beefed up wine menu, and plans to further expand movie selections.

I got one flight from Narita to bangkok, and it was very comfortable, good food and a lot of leg room. It should be better with the more reclining seat from its upgrade.
