Hoi An Vietnam accommodation recommendations?

We are travelling in Vietnam next March for 3 weeks and plan to stay in Hoi An for 3 nights. I have read that the old Town area is extremely busy with tourists. Can someone recommend a hotel that is within walking distance of the old Town but away from the crowds?

The Hotel Royal Hoi An. We stayed there this past February. Lovely hotel, a 10 minute walk to old town. Do spend extra for the lounge access. Wonderful evening snacks and drinks.

The Old Town was super close to our hotel in Hoi An, just a 5-minute walk. It was so easy to spend time at the Hoi An Historic Hotel and then stroll over to wander the wonderful old buildings, shops and markets of the historic center. 😍 We visited 7 years ago, so I’m not sure how the Old Town and the hotel look like now.

Thanks for the recommendation, Laurieco. The Royal looks like a beautiful hotel, and great location.
