Looks pretty good and Hoi An is tremendous. I would NOT spend four days in Siem Reap, two days max is all that is needed to see everything. I WOULD take a cruise around Halong Bay instead, its very different and beautiful but go with a reputable firm. Bangkok, Hong Kong and Singapore can all be your pivot/fly in/out cities...I prefer Singapore. There is much to see and do there, lots of great, safe food, wonderful infrastructure and people, but BKK is interesting in a different way too.

For all your travels within S E Asia I would recommend you choose Air Asia...its cheap but very good. Also do not skip Vietnam...its a country with a damaged past, but the peoiple are trying so hard to get to their feet again. Within Vietnam take the bus that travels along the only road connecting the south to the north. The scenery along the way is fabulous. The sea side resorts very good. The Mekong cruisemay not be an option, but do take a one day stay on the river in Hanoi. Experience a country for what it can offer...you might just find the experience worth your while. Burma too is very fascinating...
