Ed_M I replied to this post hrs ago I wonder why it didn't get posted. I got an answer from Tong 2 days ago-- late Tuesday night. I had sent her a question Saturday or Sunday evening. I haven't heard back with my latest question sent late Tuesday. Good luck, very frustrating.

she should hire some one without a job (like rhkkmk) to help her answer all her emails
Orrrrrr if she won't do that the one of you who are close to her(bob or andy) should suggest that she gets an automatic acceptance of mail answering software that will automatically answer for her saying that she has received your email and will personally answer your email shortly. Then everyone will know that the mail has been received and an answer is immanent.

Ed_M I leave in 2 weeks . When do you? As this is kind of a last minute trip I haven't really researched what to do where to go. I wasn't even planning to do much since my main purpose is for going to Buranguard. But I'm extending my time there and hoping Tong gets in touch with me before I go. Do you know of any other good tour guides/ companies, hopefully we won't have to use them. I know only Tong has the "secret place" . Lets us all know if when she does contact you.

Mo, we leave in May. Bangkok is the final stop of a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. I have not found any information about other guides yet; I am keeping my fingers crossed that Tong will contact us. If I learn about other private guides, I will email you if you provide me with your email.

I have used Ratt and her services before with excellent results

She will have a guide or driver or both if you need and emails are answered promptly.
Hope this helps!

hawaiiantraveler what tour did you take with ratservice,? Tong has already written back to me 2x and if she couldn't have done something with me I'm sure she would have said no outright, that's why I"m still hoping she gets in contact with me. Ed_M I'm sure you have nothing to worry about you have time on your side.

Mo, I customized my own tour with Ratt when we visited. We've done the regular tourist attractions, the floating market, Rose Garden Kachanaburi, Jim Thompson house, porcelain workshops, etc. You can either take one of her tours or create your own as you want to do or do a little of both....up to you!
