Best Wishes to All from Boston, where you currently need ice skates to get around.

Merry Christmas to all from a sunny and gorgeous Bangkok! Sooooo much better than our "real" home in western Illinois!

May everyone keep a positive outlook about the economy, world peace, good health, and of course promises of travel in 2009!

Well, it's Christmas Day in Australia. Time for the old Dog to howl his greetings across cyber-space...

'Happy Holidays!' he's saying.

But it just sounds like 'Ar-o-o-o-o-o...'

Enjoy your day. Stay safe and jolly.

Why do I get an image of Scooby Doo when I think of the Dogster celebrating X-mas? Who is Scraggy?

As we say in Sweden God Jul och gott Nytt År.

Simply put Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from Nywoman in NYC as she prepares to leave for Mazatlan in Mexico in January.

Merry Christmas to all - hope its a safe one for everybody. Our day here is half over already so for the folks on the other side have great one.

Dogster - hope there was a nice bone under the tree for you this morning. And to James - hope you provided bones for your dog companions too.

Merry Christmas from Perth, Australia, where we're enjoying a sunny, warm Christmas Day. Just returned from a nice long hike in the Perth Hills.

May the upcoming year be filled with good health and lots of travel for Fodorites the world over!

James - I'm very glad to hear that - I always give my dogs presents - my greyhound (now sadly gone to god) was most appreciative of any present and use to take it around to show everyone. She felt left out if there wasn't a present for her even when it was my birthday!

Have a very happy New Year.
