Hi All, wondering if anyone knows the closing hours of major shops at Old quarters & near Hoan Kiem Lake? What about night markets e.g at Dong Xuan Market? I know of Cha Ca La Vong restaurant but do not know the closing hours. I will only be in Hanoi for 3 days only so wondering if they close late at night? What about other budget or mid range restaurants?

i think most of the shops were open until about 8PM...

The shops in the old quarter and night market, Cha Ca la Vong, close after 8p.m, sometimes until 9 or 10p.m. Don't worry about that.
