I agree, Bumrungrad in Bangkok
www.bumrungrad.com
I'm not near 'that stage'( yet ) but a friend who was going 'thin on top' asked the hairdresser/barber ( in Thailand ) and the hairdresser asked him if he could try a new short short style, he did it, and for some reason it looks just absolutely 'fine', he no longer looks 'thin on top' but just looks like someone with a 'cool real short hair style', a little off topic but I thought I would mention anyway.

I had 4 surgeries done on the east coast about 6 to 8 years ago. Cost: about $16K. I would be totally bald on top if I hadn't had them. 99.9%+ people don't notice.
I have recommended the surgery to a few friends, and they are happy they had it done.
If I have more (I'm still thinning), I would have them at Bumrungrad. The quality is as good, and the price is at least 1/4.
I've been to Bumrungrad for a physical, and for my back. I love the place (and I hate hospitals.)
