First time to India. Concerned about food safety.

Just got back from India and we did eat from the street stalls etc, with no ill effects for any of us. The trick is to eat where it is very busy and you can see things cooked in front of you.
We did get sick after eating at a 5 star restaurant go figure, just goes to show like anywhere in the world one can get food poisoning in places you least expect to.
