I tried e-mailing Face about a week ago, using the "contact us" form on their website, but haven't received an answer yet. Please let me know if you have any luck, and what e-mail address you used.

one thing that often happens when you contact SEA'ian sites for reservations is that they make the res on their books but never contact you...i can't say for certain that this is the situation here but it may well be....different way of doing business..

It took Bed forever (ok, just a week)to get back to me. They did eventually send me a return email.

Probably the only reason you'd need to contact Face in advance of being in Bangkok is if you wanted a spa appointment soon after you arrived. Othewise, you can make restaurant reservations a day or two in advance.

We recently made a reservation a Bed through their web site. They sent a return email a couple of days later telling us that they made our reservation but we would have to call to confirm the morning of our reservation. We had the desk at the Marriott Spa call for us while we were out sightseeing. When we returned there was a fax waiting for us from Bed with the confirmatation info. We had a really good meal and the place was everything this board has said it was. Quite the experience.

I got a reply from both within 2 days. I used the email addresses from the websites. The reply for face bar came from [email protected] and for bed supper club from [email protected]

memee, I e-mailed Face using the address that you provided, and got a reply in overnight. We are booked for lunch, followed by 2 hour spa treatments, the day after we arrive (Dec 3) This will definately help us recover from our jet lag. thanks very much!
