I've been trying to reach him (Eddie the travel agent in Bangkok) for two weeks to book my Lao Air flights but he isn't responding. Any ideas of how to reach him or how to book the air some other way. I've read too many things about the website taking you to a scam to be willing to even consider trying it.

You can book direct on Lao airlines website www.laoairlines.com

Make sure you use this site as there is another similar that is an agent who is a bit dodgy - has just been struck off as an agent in the last week.

You need to use internet explorer as a browser or the site won't work. I've been having trouble for a while but as soon as you use explorer there is no trouble.

Sorry Gloria - I meant to mention the dodgy scam site is lao-airlines with the "-" in it but they have just been taken off the real airlines list of agents. The url I gave above is okay.
