Cycling in the Philippines

I have about a month of vacation in June and I'd like to find somewhere that I can go cycling with a guide pretty much every day. It could be either mountain biking or Road biking but nothing too extreme. Obviously I'm looking for something that would be very safe in terms of cars and any other potential hazards. A good guide would know these things and be able to arrange for different routes on different days. Would anyone have any suggestions about cycling guides in different parts of the Philippines that might fit the bill? I'm also open to other countries. Thank you so much.

We visited the Philippines a few years ago. Didn't take to the place at all and flew back out within a few days. Vietnam is a popular destination cycling and plenty of options and guided tours, both mountain and road. A popular option is to fly into Hanoi and cycle south to Saigon with the less interesting parts being done by train or van
