Curious! BangkokBob.com

Good Morning!

BangkokBob.com was one of our favorite websites for lots of information about BKK. All of a sudden it has been removed from the Internet -- no explanation. Does anyone know what happened? I never read anything offensive -- did I just overlook it?

Just curious!

I also liked his website but have not tried it for over a year. Like you I cannot connect now. No idea why.

BangkokBob... that's what I call rhkkmk! Didn't know there was such a site.

Is the site being revamped or something? Maybe closed for "remodeling?"

Hi, Carol!

You really would have enjoyed bangkokbob.net (I said "com" above and that was wrong). His was a first-hand, updated report of everything one ever wanted to know about BKK. I think he was a UK farang -- ex-pat -- in Thailand, and his information was really interesting, as well as useful.

All the web says is "that it has been removed," so I don't know if it was voluntary or what.

I finalized all reservations for and in Thailand today, so I am
anxiously waiting for the end of September. The good news is that before I had booked our flight to Phuket on BKKAir, they lowered the price. It wasn't much $-wise, but enough that I will have a little extra spending $$.

Take care, everyone, and enjoy wherever you're going.
