Coup again?

Been following the news on the rallies in Bangkok.

Can't help but wonder if another coup is imminent. If it were to happen, I suppose that'd be par for the course, but, have to say, did not expect this (or the possibility) to happen so soon again.

Curious to know thoughts of our friends who live there/nearby (Hanuman, Brad, Michael, etc.)

Is this just a bunch of posturing or are we looking at possible coup #325 (or something like that)?

I don't give this government much of a future. The PM is a loud mouth ultra right wing gun for hire(by you know who). The interior minister, one of the most powerful civil minister, has sons who shoot and kill policemen in cold blood for fun but are now "advisers" to other ministry. To sum up this is TS revenge by posting the worst possible people to run the country.

A coup? I would welcome it! Bob is back in BKK so we will march together tomorrow for lower gas prices and cheaper Foie Gras.

Forget the foie gras...I think you both should take part in the 'No Speedos' march.

I hear the Thai people feel very strongly about this cause after a particular someone's recent visit.

I will try and get a no Speedo march going. Today there were about 100,000 plus protesters all wearing yellow. Tomorrow you will see 200,000 protesters all wearing Speedos with Bob at the front charging the riot police line!
