Cant wait to visit North India

Hi!

My parents are visiting India - the Northern part I guess. Jaipur, Agra, etc. Cant wait for them to come back and give feedback as I have seen South but not North.

My parents are excited too and they think they have an excellent tour plan. The company I know from before but If anyone can help me to decide whether this is the right plan or not.

It seems exciting but just needs some reassurance as I want to do the same itinerary early next year

Thanks in advance

Robin

Hi Robin,
I don't know what you have in mind but in Nov I traveled with Gate 1 to India and we went thru agra jaipur delhi varnarsi Bombay their address is Gate 1 travel.com. Another excellent comp is Smartours.net they did the same itin as we did and shadowed our group thru India but they paid alot less.
Our tour was small and had great tour leader and wonderful local guides..I would recommend either.whateever you decide enjoy India!!

I have a friend in India, his name is Nisar and he has a small travel agency in Delhi. I made myself a long trip with him trough, Delhi, Agra, Rajsthan and Kashmir with a small A/C bus. It is much more comfortable than to travel with a bus and much more personal than to travel with a big company. Also it is much cheeper. You just have to book your flight, he cares for everything else, to pick you up at the airport, good hotelrooms...If you are interested and like to contact him, here is his e-mail-adress:
lathatravel@hotmail. com

He is very nice and speeks a good english, but his english writing is not very good. But he is really trustworthy, so please excuse that.

thanks for the info dani...but I have travelled once before (though the southern part) and my parents are already using compasstoursandtravels in Delhi. This guy there has become more like a family friend now and we would prefer using him....you know how it is -you tend to get used to somebody and hate to change over.
